1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on FLIQ. By registering you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. FLIQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or our content policies.
3. Creator Content & Ownership
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting, you grant FLIQ a limited license to host, transcode, and deliver your content to authorized viewers. You must own or hold rights to everything you post.
4. Content Standards
Content must comply with our Safety Policy. Illegal content, non-consensual material, content involving minors, and content that infringes third-party rights are strictly prohibited and will be removed, with accounts referred to authorities where required.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled and remain active through the end of the paid period. Pay-per-view unlocks, tips, and paid messages are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Creator Earnings & Payouts
FLIQ retains a platform fee (currently 20%) on gross transactions. Net earnings are routed to the creator's connected Stripe account. Creators are responsible for their own taxes. Payouts require completed identity verification and Stripe onboarding.
7. Prohibited Conduct
No harassment, spam, impersonation, scraping, circumvention of content locks, chargeback abuse, or attempts to move transactions off-platform. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending payouts where permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Sections concerning ownership, payments owed, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
FLIQ is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLIQ's liability is limited to the amount you paid to FLIQ in the twelve months preceding a claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
